摘要 Epoxy resin/polytetrafluorethylene coating TiNi arch wires have been fabricated by dipping method.The vickers hardness,adhesion force,the maximum static friction force and biocompatibility also have been examined.The results show that the vickers hardness,adhesion force and the maximum static friction force increase with the increase of the content of epoxy resin.And the epoxy resin/polytetrafluorethylene coatings are nontoxic. Epoxy resin/polytetrafluorethylene coating TiNi arch wires have been fabricated by dipping method.The vickers hardness,adhesion force,the maximum static friction force and biocompatibility also have been examined.The results show that the vickers hardness,adhesion force and the maximum static friction force increase with the increase of the content of epoxy resin.And the epoxy resin/polytetrafluorethylene coatings are nontoxic.
