该文通过对校务党务公开的理解,全面回顾了公开的发展过程并总结归纳出了校务公开工作的几点经验。在此基础上进一步对协调推进校务公开和党务公开的工作原则、校务公开的规范化建设、党务公开的系统设计等方面进行了阐述。

On the base of the understanding of open management of universities,the author reviews the development of the open process and summarizes several experiences of open management of universities.On this basis,the author further describes the principle of promoting the coordination of the development of open management of university administration and the party affairs,standardization of open management of university affairs and the system design of open management of party affairs.
