关于强化高校科技创新平台创新能力建设的若干思考

Thinking about Strengthening the Innovation Ability Construction of University Science and Technology Innovation Platform

高校科技创新体系是国家创新体系不可分割的有机组成部分,是国家基础研究和高技术领域的原始性创新的主力军。高校科技创新平台建设,既是提升原始创新能力、促进科技成果转化、服务市场经济建设、全面提升高校科技创新能力和综合竞争力的需要,又是完善中国高校科技创新体系,实现高水平研究型大学的必然选择。本文提出,高等学校的科技创新平台建设,是推进高水平研究型大学建设的重要措施,也是国家创新体系建设的重要组成部分。积极建设自己的科技创新平台,是各高校坚定不移地走跨越式发展道路的必然选择。

University science and technology innovation system is an integral part of national innovation system,and is the mainstay of national basic research and original innovation in field of high technology.The construction of science and technology innovation platform in higher schools is not only the need of increasing original innovation ability,promoting transformation of scientific and technological achievements,serving the market economic construction,and completely accelerating science and technology innovation ability and the university overall competitiveness but also the inevitable choice of improving science and technology innovation system of Chinese universities and becoming high level research universities.The paper proposes that the construction of national innovation system in universities is an important measure of promoting the construction of high level research university.And it is also an important part of the construction of national innovation system.Actively building their own technology innovation platform is the inevitable choice in leaping development for universities.
