Major and Subject Construction of Soil and Water Conservation and Desertification Combating Guided by Scientific Development View

本文论述了水土保持与荒漠化防治学科的特色体现了科学发展观的内涵,阐明了科学发展观战略的实施给该学科的发展提供了难得的机遇。对如何在新的形势下用科学发展观来指导水土保持与荒漠化防治专业与学科建设提出了3点方针:一是大力投入教学设施建设,提供优质的硬件条件;二是高度注重师资队伍建设,提升学科教学水平:三是产、学、研相结合,建立新型人才培养模式。

This paper discusses that the characteristics of the subject of soil and water conservation and desertification combating have already embodied the meaning of scientific development view,and explains that the extraordinary chance is applied by the strategy of scientific development view.The paper also points out three policies about how to use scientific development view to develop the major and subject of soil and water conservation and desertification combating in the new situation:the first one is providing better teaching facilities and high-quality hardware conditions;the second one is paying more attention to enhance the quality of the teaching staff,and improve the teaching level;the third one is building new model of industry-academy-research talents training mode.
