摘要
本文从深化我国高校人事制度改革为出发点,以世界著名的研究型大学——澳大利亚国立大学为例,从该校管理体系、人力资源招聘、人力资源培训、绩效考核、薪酬福利等方面对澳大利亚国立大学人力资源管理现状进行深入剖析。文章借鉴国外高校人力资源管理的先进经验,提出了对推进我国高校人力资源管理的几点思考。
Taking the personnel system reform as the aim and outcome of the research,this paper analyzes the situation of human resources management of Australian National University from the aspects of enrollment and selection,training,salary management and performance appraisal and so on.Using advanced experiences of foreign universities for reference,the authors provide related thinking about human resources of Chinese universities.
