Approaches to Psychological Health Education for University Students

加强大学生心理健康教育,既是新时期培养高素质人才的迫切需要,也是高等院校需要直面的现实问题。如何开拓实用、有效、创新的心理健康教育实施途径尤为重要。本文通过笔者在工作中的实践与思考,对大学生心理健康教育的实施途径进行了分析与探索。

Strengthening university students' psychological health education is necessary to cultivating high caliber talent,and is a very practical problem which can be realized by universities.It is considered the most important how to exploit practicality,availability and innovation methods of carrying out the psychological health education.Based on practice and reflections on work,the authors analyzed the ways of implementing psychological health education.
