摘要
大学生创新性实验计划是培养创新型人才的有效模式,为了使此项计划顺利开展,保证研究项目达到预期成果,本文介绍了通过在管理过程中实施精细化管理,细化每一个工作环节,逐步建立质量监控体系,对大学生创新性实验计划的管理进行了探索和实践。
University students' innovative experimental program is an effective mode of cultivating innovative talents.In order to develop smoothly and reach the expected results,the author makes a deep exploration on fine management of university students' innovative experimental plan.This paper also puts forward a more complete monitoring system including every working links.
