摘要
本篇文章介绍了用于安检的Ka波段毫米波成像平台,其中Ka波段接收机射频前端为直接检波体制,采用自行研制的MMIC LNA,在RT/duroid 5880基片上进行级联。利用扇叶切割天线波束产生交流视频信号,去除直流噪声。制作的毫米波成像平台由单片机控制可以进行二维扫描,并将视频信号进行采集处理,传输给计算机得到毫米波图像。对毫米波接收机放大器模块和检波器进行了性能测试,并利用成像平台对藏有金属的假肢进行成像实验,得到的毫米波图片大致显示出假肢和金属的形状,表明本毫米波成像平台可以用于检测诸如藏在假肢中的枪支等违禁品。
This paper introduces the Ka-band millimeter wave imaging platform for security check application.The Ka-band receiver adopts direct detection architecture,and uses self-developed MMIC LNA for cascade on the RT/duroid 5880 substrate. The fan is used for chopping modulation to eliminate the DC noise.The millimeter wave imaging platform which is controlled by MCU can scan in two dimensions,sample the video signal and transmit data to the computer for obtaining the image.The LNA module and detector are tested,and the platform is used for imaging the artificial limb which conceals the metal.The image shows the shapes of the artificial limb and the metal,demonstrating that the platform can be used for detecting the contrabands such as the gun concealed in the artificial limb.
