摘要
本文提出一种新型的用于研究分子结构的波谱仪解决方案。这种宽带傅里叶波谱仪主要由:宽带激励发生器、超声喷射及真空腔、宽带分子信号接收通路构成。它突破了传统波微波谱仪中谐振腔对单次测量带宽的限制,利用商用的高性能微波信号源和数字示波器,构建出一种高性价比、易实现的宽带快速扫描傅里叶微波波谱仪。该系统单次测试带宽可达17GHz,测量速度更快,更适于检测和观察低密度、大而不稳定化合物的特性。
A novel implementation scheme of wideband fast-scanning spectrometer is presented in this paper.This wideband Fourier transform microwave spectrometer mainly is constituted with wideband polarization signal generating channel,ultrasonic spray and vacuum cavity,wideband signal receiving circuits.This system overcome the shortage of the traditional F-P syntony cavity microwave spectrometer.It uses the commercial microwave generator and digital oscilloscope to establish a low cost and high performance broadband Fourier transform microwave spectrometer.The spectrometer is capable of measuring 17GHz rotational molecular spectrum in a signal experiment,and it is very suit to test and observe the low density,big and precarious compound.
