摘要
变频器是雷达接收机中关键器件,对整个雷达系统的性能有着直接的影响。本文采用GaAs PHEMT工艺开发了S波段单片有源上变频器,介绍了应用ADS软件设计上变频器的设计流程和仿真方法,论述了单片上变频器测试系统的组成和功能,介绍了矢量网络分析仪E8362B的测量原理和校准方法,论述了采用矢量网络分析仪测试变频器件的方法,详细分析了基于VB的测试系统硬件和软件的设计,仪器程控的实现方法和测试数据的处理。最后给出了主要测试结果。
Mixer is a key part of the radar receiver.Its performances have directly influence to the functions of radar system.A S-band monolithic active upconversion mixer has been developed by adopting the GaAs PHEMT technology in this paper.It introduces the process of design and simulation methods by adopting the ADS software,and describes the composing and functions of the measure system used in the monolithic upconversion mixer.It introduces the measure principle and calibration methods of the vector network analyzer E8362B,and discusses the methods to measure the mixer using vector network analyzer.It analyses the hardware configuration and software design based on Visual Basic,and analyses the methods of the control over devices and process of the measure data.In the last,the main measure result is also given.
