摘要 介绍了如何在LabWindows/CVI软件的支持下,对具有GPIB接口的频谱分析仪进行开发,构建具有频谱自动测试功能的频谱分析仪自动测试系统,详细阐述了系统的硬件组成和软件编程。系统结构灵活、稳定性和扩展性好,具有很高的测量效率和测量精度等级,经使用验证,可以应用于实际检测中。该检测系统运行稳定可靠,检测精度高,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。 In this paper,the author has introduced how to design an automatic test system for frequency spectrum analysis with GPIB port by using LabWindows/CVI programming platform,expatiated the hardware compose and software programme.The system not only has agile structure and well stability but also has high efficiency and good accuracy.The system is verified by practical use and can be applied to the practical measurement.The application shows that this system runs stably and accurately. The technology and methods adopted in the system are practical and worthy of using abroad.
