摘要 对于无缝钢管连轧生产,连轧生产效率和能耗是衡量生产的重要指标。但由于其影响因素复杂难以建立机理模型,故难以实现对其模型的优化。本文根据连轧生产工艺将连轧生产过程分成多个部分,提出了基于均值子时段MPLS方法的连轧生产效率和能耗预报模型。在间歇过程预报模型基础上,采用遗传算法对各段工艺参数的平均值进行寻优,得到最优的连轧生产效率和能耗综合值。仿真结果表明,基于连轧生产效率和能耗预报模型的连轧生产效率合能耗综合优化方法可有效取得最优工艺参数,为连轧生产效率的提高和能耗的降低提供依据。 Shell tube is produced by continuous rolling,which's important yield scaling indexes are efficiency and energy consumption.It is a complicated process of metal flow and influenced by many technical parameters,so is difficult to build mechanism model.Efficiency and energy consumption model continuous rolling are proposed by mean value stage MPLS method which divides the continuous rolling process into some parts.Based on the efficiency and energy consumption model,technical parameter average which makes the efficiency and energy consumption most highly are obtained by genetic algorithm.Simulation proved that the method can be used on-line for the prediction and optimization on efficiency and energy consumption of the continuous rolling tube.
