DBF-Receiver is a frequency-conversion,but the measurement of frequency-conversion is diffculty and comlex.The principle and constitute of the automatic test system are described in the paper,focusing on key technologies such as test clamps, control circuits,drivers,and the design of test software.By application examples,the degree of currency and automation is high,it can be easily used and meet the demand of the automatic testing of phase shifter.It provides the really fine test means while phase shifter is researched and checked.
