"数字城市规划"代表着一种全新的规划理念和方法,是一种全新的城市规划工作模式,是一种综合运用多项信息技术,贯穿城市规划编制与管理工作全过程。本文将从"数字城市规划"的相关概念、演变过程出发,阐释"数字城市规划"的基本内涵和特征,并对建设有昆明特色的数字城市规划提出几点思路。
'Digital City Planning' means entirely new notions and methods of planning,a entirely new working mode for planning.Kinds of information techniques are applied synthetically in the whole process of the preparation of city planning and management.Base on the related concepts and evolution process,this article explains the basic content and features of digital city planning; then,putting forwards some ideas for the construction of the Digital City Planning with Kunming's characteristics.
