摘要
采用夯实水泥土桩的方法处理地基,具有经济、工期短和效果明显等优点。某小区水泥土桩载荷试验结果表明,四栋住宅楼复合地基承载力特征值远低于设计要求。从勘察资料、桩设计和现场施工各环节进行了原因分析,找出产生质量事故的直接原因。
The method using rammed soil-cement pile has advantages of low cost,short construction period and rapid revenue.But at a residential quarters,the load test of soil-cement pile showed that the bearing capacity characteristic value of composite ground is lower than designed one in four buildings.The authors analyze the cause in the aspects of investigation data,pile design and field construction and find the direct cause of quality accident.
