浅谈静压式预应力管桩的质量控制

Quality Control of Prestressed Concrete Pipe Piles with Static Pressure Method

近年来,预应力高强混凝土管桩具有单桩承载力高,施工工序简单,质量稳定可靠,工效较高的优点,在桩基施工中已较为广泛的应用。结合工程实例,阐述了静压法预应力管桩在设计和施工中质量控制要点、易发生的质量问题和处理措施。

In recent years,high-strength prestressed concrete pipe pile has been widely adopted in foundation mainly due to its high bearing capacity of single pile,simple construction process,stable and reliable quality,and high efficiency of construction.Based on some on-site experiments,key control points of static pressure method on designing prestressed pipe piles are introduced,as well as quality problems and countermeasures.
