摘要
结合工程实例对如何做好公路工程投标报价决策工作,报价技巧、调价策略和决策原理进行了探讨,并根据多年来的工作实践提出了具体实施过程中应重点注意的问题。
This paper focus on how to make expressway project tender offer decision,and quotation skills,price-adjusting strategy and principles of decision-making with practical examples,and give opinion on the point which need to pay attention in specific bidding process based on many years of work experience.
