在φ2440mm的狭小隧道内安装一条1.5km,φ610mm的X65的直缝埋弧焊钢管比较困难。其特点是操作空间狭小、离长。以广东LNG输气干线某海峡盾构穿越隧道内管道安装工程为实例,介绍如何在狭小空间内安装管道的施工技术,取得了很好的经济效果。

At present,the conventional pipeline installation is quite easy to construct,but i φ2440mm pipeline,it is difficult to install a φ610mm X65 LSAW steel pipe with 15km length.Its characteristic is that the operating space is narrow and small,the distance is long.In this paper, taking Guangdong LNG pipeline installation across shield tunnel for example,installation pipeline constrution technology in narrow spaces is introduced.
