By analyzing the causes and treatment methods of crack of some basement roof,the problem how to treat the relationship of economy and practicality in limit quota design condition is discussed.And it is pointed out that actual construction condition should be considered for design,and whole life economical effect for building should be considered comprehensively,based on which design and construction integration should be implemented.
