摘要
在施工项目中,工期是项目三大目标控制中重要的控制目标之一。根据模糊综合评判法的基本原理和影响工期风险的基本因素,提出了用模糊综合评判法对施工项目的工期风险进行分析,并对项目的工期风险进行模糊等级评价,以便于项目的决策者对该项目采取有效措施,对其进行控制,减少风险对项目工期的影响。并根据实例说明该方法在评价工期风险的可行性。
In a construction project,time limit is one of the three greatest control objectives.According to the basic principles of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the fundamentals elements which affect the duration risk,the authors puts forward the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the duration risk of construction projects,and to evaluate the fuzzy hierarchy of the duration risk,in order that the decision-makers of the project can take some effective measures to control it,and reduce the risk of construction period.Besides,some examples are presented to show the feasibility of this method on evaluating duration risk.
