摘要
根据乳化液在轧制过程中的润滑、冷却、清洗、防锈功能和对冷轧工艺在轧钢过程中对乳化液的要求,介绍乳化液系统工程的工艺设计、布置方法、安装方法以及施工特点,同时采取质量保证措施,确保了施工安全。
Based on lubrication,cooling,cleaning and antirust during the rolling process of emulsion,as well as the requirements of emulsion during cold rolling process,technological design,arrangement method,installation method and construction characteristics are introduced.Besides,quality assurance measures are adopted to ensure construction safety.
