摘要
根据南京地铁二号线TA07标莫~汉区间盾构机过秦淮河的经验,从理论计算、盾构掘进参数选择等方面入手,着重分析盾构机过河的重点,并提出了相应的技术措施。例如:采取流动性好、止水、止砂的油脂防止盾尾漏水、漏砂情况;在管片侧面粘贴海绵条以防止管片渗漏水;通过出土量控制、膨润土浆液压注、同步注浆技术以及加强预测预报的措施完成盾构推进防突水控制。
Based on the experiences of shield crossing river in Nanjing subway,the key techniques are analyzed from some aspects of theoretical calculation and shield parameters.And some technology methods are put forward,such as applying oil which has good fluidity and can seal water and sand to prohibit water and sand leakage of shield tail,applying sponge strip to prevent water leakage of segment.Furthermore,through some methods,that controlling excavating amount,pressure injection of bentonite slurry,synchronous grouting technology and strengthening prediction,the anti-water irruption control of shield driving is completed.
