摘要 某框架桥下穿铁路101线,与101线的夹角为31.9°,桥址处有一座钢筋混凝土桥。框架桥顶进前应将其拆除。该框架桥小角度、长顶程、大吨位、既有桥梁拆除等为本桥施工的难点。通过合理地方案比选,确定了合理的吊装方案,仅用一小时就成功拆除了即有桥涵的T梁。采用重力式钢筋混凝土后背结构保证了长顶程桥体的顺利就位。介绍了该桥顶进过程中采取的措施及效果。 Some frame bridge down-transverses Railway Line No 101,the angle between bridge and line No 101 is 31.9°.A existing reinforced concrete bridge sits on the frame bridge.Before the frame bridge is jacked the existing bridge must be demolished.Little angle,long jacking distance,large weight and demolishing existing bridge are key construction difficulty.By comparing and selecting reasonable schemes,reasonable hoisting scheme is determined.By using this scheme T-beam of existing bridge is demolished successfully which only takes one hour.Using gravity-type reinforced concrete back support structure assures long-distance bridge body successful location.The authors show some measures and construction effect during bridge jacking construction.
