摘要
介绍莱钢集团4 300mm宽厚板工程钢结构厂房54m箱形梁的制作工艺、控制参数、焊接及翻转方法。通过三维模形调整排版,避免焊缝的应力集中,理论和经验结合对箱形梁的拱度进行了精确的计算。采用双车双钩翻转法实现了箱形梁翻身,确保焊缝的焊接质量。
Box beam was adopted in steel structure workshop for 4 300mm width plate engineering of Laiwu Steel Group Co.,Ltd..The article introduced its fabrication process,control parameters,welding and turn over methods.By using three-dimensional model for plate layout to avoid welding stress concentration,the author calculates the deflection of beam according to experience and theory.Engineers turned over the beam by two cranes working together and for each one using two hooks to guarantee good quality of the welds.
