摘要
以吉林通榆风力发电塔架制作工程为背景,介绍了塔架基础环组装与焊接、法兰焊接的平面度控制、整体筒节的组对与焊接等项目的工艺要求、方法等。实践检验证明,该方法操作简单、质量控制效果好、效率高,可用于圆筒形风力发电塔架的制作。
Based on fabrication of Jilin Tongyu wind power tower,authors introduce assembly and welding of tower foundation rings,flange welding flatness control,technology requirements and methods of integral cylinder segment and welding.This method is proved by the practice that it has effective quality control efficient,and it can be used in the fabrication of cylindrical wind power tower.
