摘要
结合山东日照300 t×76m门式起重机滑移施工的工程实例,介绍滑移技术在大型门式起重机安装中的应用。对门式起重机刚性腿在滑移提升时的工况分析、吊耳设计及本体加固做了详细论述,并用ANSYS软件进行模拟,保证了门式起重机构件和滑移设施的受力和变形满足要求。
Combining with the practical 300t×76m gantry crane slipping technology in Rizhao,this paper introduces the application of large gantry crane's slipping technology for erection.A detailed analysis is given for gantry crane's rigid leg on the operating mode of sliding,lifting lug design and strengthening.ANSYS is used for simulating the procedure of slipping construction as well as ensuring the stress and deformation of gantry crane members and sliding facilities.
