Construction Technology of Socket HDPE Double-wall Corrugated Pipe

承插式HDPE双壁波纹管具有自重轻、柔韧性好、使用寿命长、摩阻系数小、耐低温、环保等优点,可应用于市政排水工程。结合北京某医院排水工程施工,介绍了承插式HDPE管道物理力学性能及沟槽开挖、土弧基础施工、管道安装及接口、与检查井衔接、沟槽回填等主要施工工艺,以及管道密闭性和变形检验标准和检验方法。

Socket HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe has some advantages for urban water drainage engineering,such as light weight,long service life,small friction coefficient,as well as good performance in low-temperature and environmental protection.Combining with water drainage engineering of a hospital in Beijing,physical and mechanical performances and main construction technologies are introduced,including groove excavation,construction of arc soil basement,installation and joint of HDPE pipe,as well as joints with check well and groove backfill.Furthermore,measuring codes and methods for HDPE pipe obturation and deformation are proposed.
