摘要
工程由4座高层建筑及围合在中间的纯地下车库组成,其中两座为原有建筑,改造后与新建两座建筑融为一体使用,差异沉降受到严格控制,介绍了基础设计中紧靠原楼基础的桩基处理,高层框支转换结构的使用,满足建筑功能的要求。
The project is composed of four tall buildings and a pure underground garage enclosed by them.After renovation,the two existing buildings are utilized together with the two new buildings,and then settlement difference is strictly controlled.This article aims to introduce the solution of pile foundation which is close to the existing foundations in foundation design,and the use of transfer structures in tall buildings in order to fulfill the architectural function.
