摘要
首先给出了可持续建设的概念,分析了可持续建设内涵,简要介绍了可持续建设实践;其次阐述了可持续建设新模式,即"价值三角形"模式,并深入分析了可持续建设新模式相较于旧模式的两大转变;然后论述了可持续建设指标三维框架图,并根据可持续建设指标三维框架图构建了可持续建设指标矩阵,为可持续建设的定量研究提供了新的思路;最后表述了建筑业在可持续发展要求下的新发展趋势。
It first introduces the concept of sustainable construction,making an analysis of the connotation of sustainable construction and a brief introduction to sustainable construction practices.Secondly,a new paradigm of sustainable construction is introduced,namely'Value Triangle'model.Thirdly,the paper make a brief introduction to the three-dimensional framework and matrix of sustainable construction indicators.Finally,the sustainable trends of construction industry are expounded.
