中国航海博物馆结构设计中的力学问题及试验

Design & Research of the Neotype Hybrid-Structure of the Central Shell of China Maritime Museum

摘要 介绍了中国航海博物馆工程结构设计,对单层索网结构的形态设计、杂交结构的抗风设计、轴承节点的接触设计等力学难题进行了系统总结。阐述了索网缩尺模型的试验研究内容,试验方法,试验过程中的索网张拉、索力测量以及变形测量等内容,提出了实际工程中索网张拉需要注意和解决的相关问题。 The China Maritime Museum,which located in the Lingang New Town of Shanghai is a new symbolic structure, especially the central shell lain on the roof of a three-storied reinforced concrete building,which gives a strong visual impact to the visitor and declares China' s ambition towards the ocean in the new century.The central shell is a complicated hybrid-structure,the building materials of which contain almost every category:reinforced concrete,steel,steel cable, glass as well as compound Al-alloy slab;its structural system is also hybrid by making the following items up:frame, truss,panel,cable-net together with glass curtain wall.This article contributes a systematical research on the design theory of this neotype hybrid-structure aimed at finding an optimum agreement between the art of architecture and the structure safety,in order to gain experience and popularize this type of excellent novel structure with strong sculpture feeling.
