摘要
索穹顶结构是效率高的全张力集成体系或全张力体系,压杆数量少,因其外形类似于穹顶,而主要的受力构件为钢索,因此将其命名为索穹顶。在中国,索穹顶结构体系还没有真正应用到工程领域,但是弦支穹顶结构在几个大型场馆中得到成功应用。在无锡太湖国际高科技园区科技交流中心钢结构设计中,得到业主的大力支持,将屋面钢结构——梅花造型的花心区域设计为索穹顶结构,使索穹顶结构真正应用于国内的工程领域。阐述了本工程的设计原则,进行了初始态分析,预应力设计分析,荷载态设计。对预应力大小与杆件内力关系进行了分析,并确定了本工程中最佳预应力的大小。对各种受荷状态进行受力分析,分析了在不同均布荷载下结构的内力变化情况,并对特殊荷载下结构的受力状况进行计算分析,得到结构的受力特点。对结构所有杆件在各种不同组合下的内力变化情况进行分析,并根据内力变化情况选择合适的截面。
Cable Dome is a full tensility system which has high structural efficiency.There has a few strusts in the cable dome.We call it cable for its outlook simply as dome and the main elements suffer load are cable.In china,the system of cable dome is not really applied in engineering,but suspendomes have several successful engineering examples.When we design the steel structure of internation high-tech garden in Taihu lake in Wuxi city,because of support of owner,the cable dome is applied in the center area of the roof steel structure-clubs sculpt,it will supply a gap of no cable dome in the mainland of china.This article first described the design principle of this project,the three state design:zero state,initial prestress state and loading state.analysis the relation between prestress and the internal force,and give the best fit prestress of the project.The static analysis of the cable dome under the different load uniform and under special load,then sum up the characteristic of the structure in all kind of loads.Discuss the the change range of internal force in all elements of cable dome,then choice the section base on the change range of internal force.
