Case Study of a Super High-rise Apartment Building

中国是一个人均资源贫乏的国家,土地资源也是如此。在城市化进程逐年加剧的今天,如何高效地利用紧张的住宅用地以改善居住条件、美化居住环境正变得越来越迫切,而超高层住宅的建设是解决这一问题的有效途径之一。超高层住宅设计不是简单的高度上的增加,它的出现带来了一些新问题。本文通过实际案例分析,对超高层住宅结构设计要点提出了参考性意见。

China has poor per capita natural resources,and so does our per capita land resource.Today when process of urbanization is increased year by year,it has become more and more important that how we make good fully use of limited residential land to improve resident condition and to beautify living environment,to build super high-rise apartment is seem to be an effective way.Some new problems are arisen due to the increased height of building.This paper presents some advice for super high-rise apartment design by a practice case.
