摘要
采用基于性能的抗震设计理念和方法,针对上海世博园区某老厂房增层改造,介绍工程抗震设防标准的确定、增层改造及加固设计方案比较、选择,讨论加固结构设计及施工中一些难点问题的处理方法,如新老结构连接节点处理,原结构加固方法的选用,原结构拆除方案等,供类似工程参考。
The performance-based design method is used to guarantee the reliability of the seismic design for an adding-story and reconstruction of an old industrial building in World Expo Park.The paper introduces the seismic fortification criterion and the scheme comparison on adding-story and reconstruction design procedure,and discusses the processing method for some difficulty of strengthening design and construction,such as,joints of framework design between new and old structure,choice of strengthening method and demolition scheme of existing structure.
