摘要
结合某体疗楼框架结构加层加固设计及施工中遇到的具体问题,对由建筑功能改变引起的梁板承载力不足和因加层导致的柱下独立基础配筋不足进行了加固处理。介绍了设计中考虑的结构措施及采取的施工措施,一些成功的经验可以在今后类似的结构加固设计中借鉴和应用。
Based on some specific questions on strengthening design and construction of a sanitaria building,various strengthening methods were explored to deal with the bearing capacity deficiency of slab and beam for varying architectural function and the reinforcing bars deficiency of isolated foundations for addition storey.The structural and construction measurements are introduced.Some successful experience may be referred in similar structural strengthening design.
