摘要
本文通过对一个预成孔全夯桩复合桩基在高层建筑中的应用实例,阐述了:1)一般人工挖孔桩的承载能力可以通过对预成孔进行底部全夯达到极至。2)运用以沉降控制为基础的桩基设计理论,复合桩基不仅可以应用于多层建筑而且可以应用于小高层、高层建筑。
This text tries to expound the following two points from the application of composite pile foundation of a preholed all-tamped pile:1) improvement of the bearing capacity of piles in general artificially excavated hole can be reached by entirely tamping its bottom.2) Applying the pile foundation design theory on the basis of settlement control,the composite pile foundation can be applied not only to multi-storey building,but also to medium -rise and high -rise building.
