摘要
传统监视CVT采用人工监视电压表电压变化、保护电压异常信号、定期测量二次回路电压以及设备综合预试等手段,在集中监控、分散操作模式开展的今天,这些监视手段暴露出很多弊端,已无法适应电网建设发展"一强三优"的要求。为及早发现CVT异常情况,避免设备事故的发生,浙江省率先使用了计算机监控系统CVT电压监视程序模块,该程序模块能实时监视CVT运行工况,在实践中取得了很好的应用成果,介绍了该程序模块的原理和实现方法,以及应用实例,最后提出了该模块在实际应用中值得注意和思考的地方。
In the past,we often monitor CVT voltage changes by monitor Voltage Meter or abnormal voltage signal of protection,or periodic measurement of the secondary circuit voltage,but under the centralized monitoring, decentralized operation situation,these methods exposed many drawbacks.Zhejiang province applicant CVT realtime supervising technique in substation monitoring to discover CVT abnormal and avoid accidents earlier.This paper introduced the principle and method and application examples of this program module.At last,put forward some proposal that where it should be pay attention to and worth thinking in practical application.
