摘要 以EPIA2000系统为平台,对25 MW生物质振动炉排进行仿真研究,分析和讨论炉排振动和燃料水分波动对锅炉特性的影响,结果表明:炉排的振动提高了燃料燃烧的反应速度,增加了锅炉实时燃料量,炉膛温度随炉排振动有明显升高,增幅在100℃左右;炉排的振动降低了炉排风阻,使炉排风量瞬间增加,炉膛压力迅速上升;生物质燃料的热值随燃料水分的增加有明显的降低,在30%以内基本呈线性变化;随着燃料水分从10%增加到20%,炉膛温度下降约100℃,锅炉负荷降低10%左右。 The EPIA2000 platform was used to simulate a 25 MW biomass vibrating-grate boiler.Effects of grate vibration and moisture fluctuation of biomass on boiler performance were analyzed and researched.Research results show that the vibration of grate can increase both reaction velocity of biomass combustion and real-time fuel quantity of the boiler;the furnace temperature evidently rises with the vibration of grate,and the amplitude of temperature rise is about 100℃.The vibration of grate decreases the windage of grate,so it makes the wind-flow rate of grate increasing instantaneously and the furnace pressure rising rapidly.The calorific value of biomass fuel evidently decreases along with the increase of its moisture content,and the decrease of the calorific value is basically linear while the moisture content is lower than 30%;when the moisture content rises from 10%to 20%,the furnace temperature decreases about 100℃and the boiler load reduced by 10%or so.
