摘要
采用新型床料在鼓泡流化床中进行了2种典型的木本和草本生物质与褐煤的空气-水蒸气气化试验,研究了生物质掺混比例对燃气组分、热值、气化效率和碳转化率等参数的影响。结果表明,当松木屑的掺混比例从0%增大到100%时,H_2的体积分数从12.9%增加到18.8%,CO_2体积分数从20.3%下降到18.9%,CO的体积分数从24.3%上升到30.8%,CH_4、C_nH_m的含量也有所升高;当稻秸的掺混比例从0%增大到100%时,CO的体积分数从24.3%先上升到26.5%,再下降到25.2%,其他燃气组分含量增加或减少的趋势与松木屑和煤气化气类似;2种生物质和煤共气化过程中存在协同效应。该文试验和分析结果为生物质和煤共气化系统的设计和运行提供了依据。
The co-gasification test of two kinds of herbaceous and woody biomass and lignite with air and steam was carried out in bubbling fluidized bed using new bed material.The effect of the biomass blending ratio on the component and low heating valve(LHV) of fuel gas, gasification efficiency and carbon conversion rate was studied. The test results show that when the blending ratio of pine sawdust increases from 0%to 100%,the volume concentration of H_2 increased from 12.9%to 18.8%,that of CO_2 decreases from 20.3%to 18.9%,that of CO increases from 24.3%to 30.8%,and that of CH_4,C_nH_m also increases.When the blending ratio of pine sawdust increases from 0%to 100%,the content of CO rises from 24.3%to 26.5%,then decreases to 25.2%.The content change of other components is similar to that of the components from co-gasification of pine sawdust and coal.During co-gasification there exists synergy effect. The above results provide a basis for selection and operation of co-gasification system of biomass and coal.
