某火电厂选择性催化还原脱硝催化剂运行状况与活性测试

De-NO_x Selective Catalytic Reduction Catalyst Operation Condition and Activity Measurement in a Thermal Power Plant

在某火电厂选择性催化剂还原(selective catalyticreduction,SCR)脱硝装置投入运行19870h后,观察了其蜂窝状催化剂外观及内部孔道,并测试了催化剂比表面积、脱硝活性及SO2/SO3的转化率。将新鲜催化剂活性(K_0)与测试催化剂活性(K)进行比较,计算了K/K_0值。根据试验结果简单分析了催化剂失活是催化剂中毒、孔道堵塞等综合作用的结果,并提出了类似电厂催化剂运行及管理的建议。

After operating 19 870 hours in NO_x selective catalytic reduction(SCR) system of a thermal power plant, honeycomb catalyst appearance and internal pore were observed and catalyst BET specific surface area,denitration activity and the oxidations rate of SO_2/SO_3 were tested.Activity of fresh catalyst(K_0),activity of catalyst tested(K) and K/K0 were compared and calculated.Based on test results,it is found that the catalyst deactivation is due to a combination influence of catalyst poisoning,pore blocking and so on.Catalyst operation and management plan are proposed for other power plant.
