摘要
参照两电平Boost电路中的扩展周期准谐振软开关电路的设计思想,将原有三电平Boost功率因数校正(powerfactor correction,PFC)电路结合扩展周期准谐振电路单元,给出一种简化型的三电平Boost PFC扩展周期准谐振软开关电路。该方案对减少开关电路损耗和降低电路的电磁干扰(electromagnetic interference,EMI)具有明显的效果。经过理论分析、仿真以及实验的验证,表明该方法切实可行。
According to the design ideology of softswitched extended-period quasi-resonant two-level Boost converter circuit,a soft switching cell of extend-period quasi-resonant had been added to the three-level Boost converter for power factor correction(PFC) applications,then a fully and simple soft-switched extended-period quasi-resonant three-level Boost converter for PFC circuit can be obtained. The proposed approach can effectively reduce the switching losses and electromagnetic interference(EMI) and it is verified through analysis,simulation and experiment.
