摘要
为了获得防空导弹发射故障模式,利用故障模式影响分析方法对靶场数十年来积累的发射试验数据进行了分析.典型案例分析发现发射故障集中表现为导弹与发射控制系统协调性不好,对防空导弹整体进一步分析形成了发射故障模式.更深入地分析表明,这些故障不能归结为传统意义上的"故障"或者"元件失效",潜在电路状态才是引发这些事故的真正原因.这一结论对发射控制系统的研制设计以及发射故障的判定均有所帮助.
To obtain air defense missile(ADM) launch failure mode(LFM),failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA) was adopted to analyze test data of launch fault(LF) in the past few decades on testing field.Several typical cases indicate,on the launch pad,the DM LF has its inherence,particularly on the missile′s being out of harmony with launch control system(LCS).Carried the idea farther,its LFM was received by sampling all the flight test missiles as a whole.Further investigation indicates,despite of traditional meaning fault or element invalidation,it is sneak circuit that is the real reason to cause these LFs.The research helps to developing LCS design and LF investigation.
