摘要
针对多条产品生产流水线建立了生产维护模型.提出了两种不同的预防性维护策略:逐渐增强的周期性预防维护策略和逐渐减弱的周期性预防维护策略.前者的投入资源随维修次数逐次增加,系统失效率降低的相对程度逐次上升;后者的投入资源随维修次数逐次减少,系统失效率降低的相对程度逐次下降.在维护成本最小化的指标下,对各流水线预防性维护的次数进行优化,并将优化结果与已有的维护策略进行了比较.仿真结果表明各流水线采用不同的维护策略可降低总的维护成本.
A maintenance model is established for multiple assemble lines.Here two different types of preventive maintenance policies,namely enhanced periodic preventive maintenance policy and reduced periodic preventive maintenance policy,are proposed to minimize maintenance cost by optimizing the number of preventive maintenance for each assemble line.Enhanced periodic preventive maintenance policy means that resource to be spent increases with maintenance actions and failure rate decreases more with maintenance actions accordingly while reduced periodic preventive maintenance policy is the reverse.Optimal results are compared with one existed maintenance policy.Numerical simulations show that total maintenance cost can be reduced by applying specific maintenance policy to each assemble line.
