摘要 本文基于2-2带衬经结构的层-层正交角联锁织物结构优势,织造了7种不同规格参数的角联锁织物和一种三向正交结构的织物,利用像框实验分析了纬纱密度、纬纱细度、织物层数和不同种结构织物对剪切性能的影响。研究发现,织物中纱线密度越大,其所需的载荷越大,达到锁紧角的时间就越短;载荷随着织物层数的增加而增加;纱线细的织物,其所需载荷也小;相同参数的角联锁织物与三向正交织物的剪切性能基本没有太大差别。 Based on advantages of 2-2 layer-layer orthogonal angle-interlock fabrics with warp-stuffer,seven different kinds of fabrics and one kind of 3D orthogonal fabric were weaved and the shear characteristics were tested to analyse the influence of yarn count,yarn fineness,fabric layers and different architecture to the compression characteristics of fabrics with picture frame.The results showed that the higher yarn counts are,the higher load needed,the shorter time needed to arrive the lock angle.Load increases as the fabric layers increases,load decreases as the yarn fineness became thin.Angle-interlock fabrics have the same shear characteristics with the 3D orthogonal woven fabric.
