车用天然纤维增强复合材料吸声和热性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以剑麻、苎麻和红麻三种天然纤维增强热固性基体复合材料为研究对象,通过树脂传递模塑(RTM)法和热压成型法制备复合材料,利用吸声测试系统测试了各材料的吸声系数,并依据准稳态法用自制导热系数测量装置测量了各材料的导热系数,进而对比分析了各材料吸声性能与热性能的差异。结果表明,天然纤维增强复合材料和结构的吸声性能及热性能优越,可有效地提高汽车的舒适性,具有较好的应用前景。 Natural fiber(sisal,ramie and kenaf)reinforced vinyl ester composites were made by Resin Transfer Moulding(RTM)and compressive molding.Acoustic properties,such as coefficients of sound absorption of these materials were measured with the aid of standing wave tube system.A self-designed device was used to measure the heat conductivity of different materials based on the quasi-steady state method.The difference between natural fiber composites and current materials used for automobile interiors was evaluated.It showed natural fiber reinforced composites possessed excellent sound absorbing and heat insulation properties,which made them good candidates for the automobile applications.
