异形纤维/树脂基复合材料拉伸强度的研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过自行计算、设计,委托加工一组异形喷丝孔,纺制出不同截面的异形纤维,再制备异形纤维/聚乙烯复合材料,研究了纤维截面的形状和尺寸对复合材料拉伸强度的影响。结果表明,异形纤维的断裂强度均高于圆形纤维,由其制成的复合的材料的拉伸强度大于圆形纤维复合材料,并得出表面积大的异形纤维复合材料的断裂强力大。 Special-shaped fiber which prepared by self-designed spinneret is used to compose a special-shaped fiber/polyethylene composite.The influence of the sectional shape and dimension on tensile strength is also studied.The results showed that,compared to the circular-section fiber,the surface area of special-shaped fiber is larger,and its monofilament fiber breaking strength is higher according to the same volume theory.So the tensile strength of special-shaped fiber/polyethylene composite is higher than the circular-section fibers.At the same time,the surface area is larger,the tensile strength is higher.
