摘要
MDPES是一种新型的有机-无机杂化材料,为了获得具有优异综合性能的MDPES复合材料,本文采用改性双马来酰亚胺树脂(GBMI)对MDPES进行改性研究,在不显著降低MDPES耐热性的同时,大幅提高其力学性能。本文研究了GBMI对复合材料耐热性能、力学性能、耐湿热性能和介电性能的影响。研究结果表明:当GBMI与MDPES的质量比为0.6时,复合材料的弯曲强度可达234MPa,240℃的热态强度保留率为80.3%,介电损耗角正切值为4.6×10-3,介电常数为4.6,90℃的平衡吸水率为3.4%。
MDPES was a new kind of organic-inorganic hybrid material and GBMI was adopted to modify MDPES in order to obtain excellent comprehensive properties,which meant that mechanical property was obvious improved,however,heat resistant property was slightly reduced.The effects of GBMI on heat resistance,mechanical,hydrothermal and dielectric properties were researched.When the mass ratio of GBMI and MDPES was 0.6,flexural strength at room temperature was 234MPa and flexural strength retention at 240℃ was 80.3%.In addition,both dielectric constant(ε)and dielectric dissipation factor(tgδ)were 4.6 and 4.6×10-3,respectively.The equilibrium water absorption rate at 90℃ was 3.4%.
