复合材料整体化结构胶合面的出平面应力问题

摘要 复合材料共固化/共胶接/二次胶接(co-cured/co-bonded/secondary bonding)整体成型技术是最基本、最常用的复合材料整体化成型技术。在整体化结构受载承力后,若在胶合面处局部出现显著的出平面正拉应力,则极易发生局部的胶层脱粘破坏,这种由设计载荷引起的脱层损伤将对结构安全构成显著威胁。由于此类胶合面为非典型胶接面,容易为人忽视。本文就有关概念、致出平面应力的主要因素及其对出平面应力的影响规律进行了研究,表明:局部刚度突变、局部施压是致出平面应力的主要因素,胶膜性能参数、几何参数等对出平面应力的大小也有显著影响。 Co-cured/co-bonded /secondary bonding is the most basic and common used integrated manufacturing technique of composites structure.When the loading applied in the integrated structure and then the significant positive tensile stress appeared in local adhesive regions,local debonding /delamination will be easily induced.The debonding/delamination damage caused by design loading is a significant threat to structure safety.Because such bonding is untypical adhesive joint,the issues are easy to be ignored.The related concepts,main factors induced out-plane tensile stress and regularities have been studied in this paper.The results show that:local sudden change stiffness and local pressure are the main factors which will induce out-plane tensile stress.The performance parameters of adhesive film and the structure geometric parameters also have significant influence to the proportions of the out-plane tensile stress.
