摘要 通过WS-4非自耗真空电弧炉熔炼制备了加Al 2%~10%(质量分数)的耐热钢310S(Cr25Ni20),用光学金相显微镜观察了金相组织,用EPMA-1600电子探针分析了组织中各元素的分布,结合D8 ADVANCE型X射线衍射确定了合金中的相组成,并进行了室温压缩和硬度力学性能试验。结果表明,随着铝含量增加,碳化物由连续条状转变为质点状;Al元素固溶于基体中,基体相为γ相;当Al含量大于6%时,基体相为α相,合金脆性大幅提高,合金由塑性材料转变为脆性材料。 310S based steels with 2%-10% Al were prepared by the WS-4 non-consumption of vacuum arc furnace.The microstructure of the alloys was investigated by optical microscope.Distribution of elements in the steels was analyzed by electron probe microanalyzer(EPMA-1600).Phases of the steels were examined by X-ray diffraction.And the compression and hardness of the steels at room temperature were tested.The results showed that phase of the steels transformed from γ-Fe to α.The interconnected chromium carbide transformed to isolated plates with Al content increasing.The Al element dissolved in the matrix phases.When the Al content was more than 6%,and the alloy stranfored plastic materials to brittle materials.
