摘要 基于大量复合材料构件无损检测数据的统计结果,总结并表征了几种与制造缺陷密切关联的复合材料结构几何要素,结合统计结果和制造缺陷的形貌分析,揭示了几何要素与制造缺陷的关联规律,初步分析了缺陷的产生机制。结果表明,复合材料构件厚度过薄(<1mm)或过厚(>5mm)、变厚梯度突变以及曲率半径过小(<2mm)将增大缺陷产生的比例;厚度变化、变厚梯度和曲率半径变化均会产生分层和孔隙,变厚梯度区最易产生富脂。 Based on statistical analysis considerable defect information obtained by non-destructive identification for composite components,three geometry factors related to manufacturing defects were summarized and characterized.Combined with statistical results and defect micrograph,the correlation between geometry factors in composite components and controllability of manufacturing defects was revealed.In addition,the mechanism of defects production was primarily analyzed.It is found that too thin(<1mm)or too thick(>5mm)laminates,abrupt change of thickness and too small curvature radius(<2mm)in composite components would increase the ratio of defects production.Furthermore,thickness,gradient of thickness variation and curvature radius have strong correlation to delamination and void,and abrupt thickness zone also results in rich resin appearance easily.
