摘要
针对活性剂等离子弧焊焊接过程,对焊缝咬边和疲劳性能进行了研究。研究结果表明,活性剂使熔敷金属增加;电弧力对熔池的压迫作用增强;电弧电压升高;电弧挺度增加;电弧更稳定。这些可以促进熔敷金属向焊趾部流动,填充在焊趾部。通过添加活性剂可以减小或消除咬边。
In activated flux PAW welding,the undercut and fatigue property was studied.The results show that the deposited metal in activated flux PAW welding is increasing,the arc force is strengthening,the arc voltage is larger,the arc stiffmess is strengthening and the arc is stabilizing.These will make the deposited metal flow to the toe zone.The deposited metal will fill up the toe zone.The activated flux will make the undercut reducing or vanishing.
